If you are not completely satisfied with the Goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving the Goods (or 30 days if the Goods are faulty).

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of any personalised or made to order goods unless the item is faulty. Please note that we print exactly as received. Please check any personalisation (text or photos) that you enter to ensure it is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for any mistakes on artwork unless they are a result of the production process.

Product Details

If you have someone in your life that loves you SO MUCH that they need a mug with your face all over it, then this is the mug for you! Upload a photo and we'll cover the mug with your face - and to top it off, the mug changes colour when hot - it starts off black and then goes transparent. It's one of our favourite mugs, but please note we can only use one face.

Design may still be visible when the mug is cold. The black coating is designed to change colour, but not to completely conceal the design.
If you are planning to purchase a large number of these we recommend ordering a "tester" mug first to ensure satisfaction.
Due to the heat sensitive coating we recommend you hand wash these heat changing 'magic mugs'.
