Shipping & Returns


How we ship personalised items...

Once we've carefully created your personalised items we will ensure your goods are well packaged to protect them in transit. We can print and dispatch your personalised gifts using one of three shipping methods. At the checkout, simply choose the shipping method which suits you best. Our Express Service is subject to availability.

Unlike many of our competitors, we charge for shipping just once per order - not per product so you can order as much as you like in one order and pay just once for shipping. See below for more details about each shipping method.

Delivery Options

Express Shipping

* Subject to availability, our popular express service guarantees next day delivery (weekdays only) for orders placed before 10am. This is subject to service availability and stock availability. Canvas Prints, Christmas Stockings, Christmas Sacks, Christmas Baubles and Engraved Gifts are excluded from our Express Service. You will be notified if items in your order are out of stock asap. This is also subject to proof approval where applicable, and is subject to the suitability of the images that you send with your order. Orders received after 10am, or at weekends, will be processed the following working day.

Standard Shipping

Our 'Standard' shipping option offers the best combination of speed and value. We will aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Once printed, your order will be dispatch using Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Larger orders may be sent by courier instead.

Super Saver Shipping

Our 'Super Saver' shipping option offers value for money. We will aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Once printed, your order will be dispatch using Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Larger orders may be sent by courier instead.

We ship to the United Kingdom only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with your order or the service you have received, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. As items are made to order the customer has no right to reject or return the goods without the consent of Henagon Ltd (Printster). However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and a refund or replacement (excluding postage and packaging) may be given at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected. Damaged goods must be reported to us by email to sales@printster.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. If you fail to report damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt we will accept no responsibility and you will not be entitled to reject the goods for replacement.
