How we ship personalised items...
Once we've carefully created your personalised items we will ensure your goods are well packaged to protect them in transit. We can print and dispatch your personalised gifts using one of three shipping methods. At the checkout, simply choose the shipping method which suits you best. Our 'Express' and 'Courier' Services are subject to availability.Unlike many of our competitors, we charge for shipping just once per order - not per product so you can order as much as you like in one order and pay just once for shipping. See below for more details about each shipping method.
† Please note, some items take a little longer than 48 hours to produce. Look out for the correct dispatch times displayed on each product page when placing your order. A signature may be required with all shipping options.
Standard Shipping
Our 'Standard' shipping option offers the best combination of speed and value. For most personalised items, we will aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once printed, your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class delivery.Courier Shipping
Subject to availability. If you choose our Courier Shipping option we will dispatch your order within 48 hours (two working days). Our courier will then deliver the next working day. Next working day delivery excludes weekends and public holidays. This service is available to UK mainland deliveries only.Express Shipping
Subject to availability, our popular express service guarantees next working day delivery for orders placed before 10am. This is subject to service availability and stock availability. Canvas Prints, Christmas Stockings, Christmas Sacks, Christmas Baubles and Engraved Gifts are excluded from our Express Service. You will be notified if items in your order are out of stock asap. This is also subject to proof approval where applicable, and is subject to the suitability of the images that you send with your order. Orders received after 10am, or at weekends/bank holidays, will be processed the following working day. Next working day delivery excludes weekends and public holidays. Our express service is available to UK mainland deliveries only.Super Saver Shipping
Our 'Super Saver' shipping option offers great value for money. We will aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once printed, your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class delivery.We ship within the United Kingdom only. Please contact us for pricing for shipping to BFPO addresses.
