Your product and service were true to their word...if not better! I was extremely pleased with the overall mugs. My special requirements were fully met. The speedy arrival of the mugs, meant that 10 students who were leaving school, received my surprise gift to them on their last day. It was a memento of their 6 years spent here at the school.
