I ordered this jigsaw on a Sunday evening as an christening gift for my nephew. My sister wouldn't have appreciated anything too religious and I wanted something a little different as a keepsake for him. Prinster were fantastic they took onboard my comments for the personalised message not obscure his face and to be in a font and colour to suit the picture, I also wanted it dispatched asap as I needed it for the coming Saturday and they delivered. The jigsaw was perfect, great quality and was the talk of the after party. I have never used this site before so was apprehensive but I would definately recommend prinster based on the service I recieved.

Really fast service, item was lovely! Only down side was the puzzle had worked loose in the packaging, so I had to sit and complete it before I wrapped it up as a preent. Will definitely use again, first time customer and not disappointed!

Just got one of these for a xmas present, the quality is absolutely excellent, I'm so pleased with it. The service I received was outstanding too - I made the mistake of sending a very small image which would have been pixellated and useless had I not contacted them to ask if it was suitable. I received a reply first thing the next day to say it was too small and that they would happily wait until I could get a different image to them, I managed to do this the following day and received my jigsaw about 2 days after that! Not only this they kept me informed every step of the way to let me know what was happening, absolutely superb service. Thank you.

I saw these jigsaws and thought they would make great presents for Christmas. I ordered just one to check them out couldn't believe the quality and the photo looks so good.
