Very pleased - great quality and fast service. Ordered Monday night, received Wednesday! Very helpful to be given the dimensions of the picture needed too, was the only place I found that did and meant that I could get the picture right before uploading and it's turned out perfectly! Would definitely use again.

Great result - 2 matching panoramic mugs. Very clear reproduction - and the whole photo was reproduced. I was worried about the ends being cropped. Apart from the quality product, the service was first class - fast turnaround of order. Well done. I know where to come the next time!

I've never had such good service from an internet retailer! It was faultless. I've used Printster twice now. The first time was in 2009, and I don't remember having any problems then, which is why I returned. The product itself is excellent quality. I honestly couldn't have done a better job if I'd produced this mug magically out of thin air to be exactly how I wanted it. I didn't use a photo; I created a digital image using popular image editing software. And what I really liked is that the white background doesn't get printed, because it's on a white mug. This might sound trivial, but there are some companies out there that print the image onto something and then kind of stick that to the mug. Not Printster. It's like Printster's mugs have the image/photo embedded into the ceramic, which is exactly what I wanted. The service was top notch. If you are looking for professional photo mug printing, then Prinster is the place to go. I have purchased photo mugs from other suppliers over the years, but I have found nothing to compare with this company. I was working to a very tight time schedule, and therefore I had my doubts that Prinster coud meet the challenge, but they not only achieved that objective, but even gave a delivery date and time to within the HOUR - and it arrived exactly as predicted. There were 17 different images which Printster had to produce for me to complete this one order, and they achieved with breathtaking ease whilst producing each individual image to the highest standard. In short they were wonderful. A young lady (Jo), is quite simply one of the most professional people with whom I have had the pleasure to do business,and she epitomises the quality of the service that you can expect from Printster.
