Excellent service... I orderd 19 mugs, the order arrived very quickly and was well packaged However, one of the names was incorrect. I contacted customer service, where a lovely lady asked me to send in a picture, through email. As soon as i did so, she sent me a replacement mug... Prompt and effecient delivery. I would definitely order again.

I work for a law firm in London and we ordered these mugs with employees names on for a staff event. After looking around the City and online we were a little concerned with quality as we wanted a good price but a high quality finish. These mugs arrived two days after ordering and we were very surprised and happy with the quality of the mug and the finish. Unfortunately, two broke in transit - this was not an issue. After a quick phone call, with great customer service, new ones were ordered and arrived again, within two days. We highly recommend this site, and will definitely revisit for future purchases.

I ordered this mug for my nephew who is due to join the armed forces. Very pleased with the quality, colour and mug which I ordered with the coaster and presentation box.
