I ordered one of these mugs as a gift for my wife for mothers day from our children. Designed my own image for one side and a photo if the kids on the other. When she received it she was over the moon and cant stop using it. Thank you for your prompt service and brilliant quality.

Brilliant product, had the Mug and matching Coaster. Pictures nice and sharp (and perfectly positioned), had samples made by another company (who shall remain nameless) but I had to email the pictures to them as their online system kept reducing the quality of uploaded images - no such problems here. Very impressive result, I will be ordering from you guys again. Not 5 stars but 10! Superb!

Mugs: Standard ceramic mug. Excellent reproduction of my pictures. Glaze looks and feels good quality.
Service: Ordered Thursday evening, received mugs Saturday morning. Standard shipping.
Price: Half as much as some other companies.
Conclusion: Very happy. Would definitely use again.

I ordered a mug with personalised photographs on each side. It arrived so fast I don't know how they even managed to physically produce it and get it to me! Fantastic service, I will be shopping with Printster again!
